Simple question . Why is there no customer service any more ? . I have been with out my phone/Internet since the 16th SEPT 08 I have only just got my line working again . I am with Talk Talk and in total I have made 16 phone calls to their customer service department reporting the fault on each occasion I was waiting in a que for over 25-35 mins . When they did answer I was told each time that someone from the "back office " would call me in the next 24hrs , never got a call .
So on the 9th Oct I rang again this time going to the cancelation department I was promised that they would get it sorted out and RING ME back guess what they didn`t . So I rang back again but this time I went mad and at long long last I got some one who did what he said he was going to do and they finally rang me back and the problem was sorted on the 13th Oct by a call to my house from a BT engineer , 4 weeks of being lied to and passed from department to department shocking totally shocking .
Every time I have a problem with any company I always have problems sorting it out what happened to the customer being right ?

That`s my little rant over lol but it just makes me so mad it`s like hitting your head against a brick wall .
